Hardeep Sharma (21)
Hardeep, today, is a confident young man quite in contrast from the boy who was unable to find a job and was disheartened with life. His father, the sole earning member of the family is engaged in the unorganized sector.
But, things took a turn towards empowerment when a couple of friends brought Hardeep to Margdarshan where a 3 months program in communication and basics of computers improved his employability.

Currently working at Big Bazaar, Hardeep is all appreciation for the soft skills training he received under this program.
And when asked about his future plans, prompt reply comes, “Margdarshan has transformed me to such an extent that now I am planning to pursue higher studies in hardware and networking.”
Ravneet Kaur (19)
A proud Margdarshan graduate, Ravneet has joined Westside.
Margdarshan helped her realize her dream of finding a stable livelihood. Hailing from a humble background, she doesn’t have any earning male member in her family.
“I had been looking for a job for more than a year after finishing school and was facing disappointment every other day. But the training I received at Margdarshan boosted my communication skills and the placement cell found this opportunity for me” tells Ravneet.
